- The All India Muslim League's initial central office was located in Aligarh. The party formally came into existence in Dhaka on 30th December 1906. From 1906 to 1910, the central office of the party functioned from Aligarh. The central office of the party shifted to Lucknow in 1910.
- Sir Aga Khan elected as its President. The leadership also had elected six vice presidents, a secretary, and two joint secretaries. The membership base started at four hundred, which was divided in proportion among the provinces. The guiding philosophy of the League, known as the Green Book, was written by Maulana Muhammad Ali Johar. The branches also spread to the other provinces. In 1908, a branch of the League was started in London by Syed Ameer Ali in support of the same objectives.
