To select more than one slide in the presentation:

  • (A) Just Click on slide
  • (B) Ctrl + Clink on slide
  • (C) Alt + Click on slide
  • (D) Alt + Click on slide
  • In presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides you can select slides that are not next to each other. To do this hold down the Ctrl key (or Cmd on Mac) if you are using a Mac and click on each slide you want to select.
  • For example if you want to choose slides 1, 3 and 5 you would hold down Ctrl click on slide 1 click on slide 3 while still holding Ctrl and finally click on slide 5.
  • If you need to select slides that're next to each other hold down the Shift key and click on the first slide then click on the last slide in the group. This way all the slides between will also be selected. You can use these methods, in both Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
