What is considered the oldest disease according to the various reports?

Many scientific journals, along with the study of paleopathology, indicate leprosy, or Hansen’s disease, as one of the oldest diseases of man, or perhaps the oldest of them all. Indeed, molecular biology has identified the origin of Mycobacterium leprae as 100,000 years ago, whereas human skeletal remains have documented leprosy as existing as far back as 4,000 years ago in India.
